I also worry about the mail. If you take them to AG place for drop off, can you pick them up in a day or two or must they be mailed?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">When You drop your doll off at AGP for the hospital, they don't actually fix the dolls there. They send them off to the actuall doll hospital. Therefore, you are unable to just pick them up at AGP. Hope this helps. I personally would not send my dolls off if there weren't anything really "wrong" with them. I don't think that they could fix dry hair, short of replacing the head. That's just my opinion.

    MissMooMoo,
For shining up dull hair, I love Biolage Daily Leave In treatment. You can use it just like a water spritz, and it's available at most of the salons inside Walmart stores.
I got so many comments on Kit's hair when I was in Chicago. I ended up talking to about 10 ladies in the historical section about hair restoration (because one of their girl's Josefina looked like a matted dog!), and demonstrating with a little bottle of Biolage and water I carry in my dolly backpack; they probably thought I was giving a seminar!

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Heather, I have a couple of questions about this: How much Biolage do you per water, and do you rinse Kit's hair or just "leave in"?

Ok. My Samantha is on the dark side of 15. Lissie is not far behind. I was thinking they might both benefit from a "Wellness" visit at the AG Doll Hospital. Sam's hair is ok but a little thin and dull. Lissie is actually in remarkable condition, er, not as loved on as Sam.

However, I have some fears. My sister had a pre-mattel, white body Kirsten sent for a loose limb and the ruined the body and had to replace the whole thing. HORRORS. We all nearly died.

I also worry about the mail. If you take them to AG place for drop off, can you pick them up in a day or two or must they be mailed?

I guess if I am this worried I ought to just downy dunk 'em and and curl 'em and baking soda scrub 'em myself. But Pleasant Company will make them so pretty. . .if they don't destroy my babies in the process.

Sorry, I just reread what I wrote, and it's pretty confusing. I have a small bottle of the Biolage, and another small bottle of water. I don't dilute or rinse.
